  Hi, this blog is dedicated to my law journey. I will share my essays here and hope that it'll help you write yours. I just completed my Year 2 exams and it has been a week now. Evidence
To what extent has the Golden Thread Rule enunciated in Woolmington v DPP [1935] AC 462 changed in light of the Human Rights Act 1998? Discuss.

Land
‘Proprietary estoppel is a mechanism for achieving fairness where the law would otherwise cause injustice to the claimant. By contrast, common intention constructive  trusts are too rigid and are likely to lead to unfairness. Consequently, the doctrine of   proprietary estoppel is the definitive equitable doctrine because it promotes just  outcomes, something which is necessary in any system of land law.’  Discuss.

Discuss the approach of the courts to determining liability for statements that cause pure economic loss in the light of this statement.
